Refund policy

 

We want you to love your WaterGlam creation. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, so slight variations are part of its unique beauty.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Because of their handmade and personalized nature, custom or crystal-embellished products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Other non-returnable items include: gift cards, downloadable products, health or personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email glamyoulove@waterglam.com with photos of the issue.

Shipping returns

To return your product, email us first at glamyoulove@waterglam.com for the return address and instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, processing times may vary.
