Shipping policy
We ship worldwide from our studio in Europe. Each WaterGlam item is carefully handcrafted and prepared with special attention to detail, so please allow us a little extra time to create your sparkling piece before it is shipped.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or for custom-made items, preparation may take a few extra days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times: Europe: 3–7 business days, International: 7–14 business days

Customs and import taxes
International buyers (including USA) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Please note that actual charges depend on your local regulations. WaterGlam is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
Lost or delayed packages
Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, you can reach us at glamyoulove@waterglam.com and we will do our best to help.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the package and the product immediately and contact us at glamyoulove@waterglam.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.
